Amazon order history vanished ?!

So mother uses my Amazon account to buy books each week and when I login on my pc I see all the books plus the random crap I've ordered..

The problem is, when I login on my tablet , the only thing which shows up are the fans I ordered for my humidifier a few weeks back. Nothing else for the past year.

It's like a totally different account. But I logged out on pc and tablet and logged back in, same email address on pc and tablet..so it should be the same account..

I don't use a tablet these days, but I do use the Amazon app on my phone. I'd suggest that you may have a filter applied that is preventing you seeing your orders:

I can go back to orders I made in 2001 and still see them, so possibly you have it set to something that doesn't show any orders.

It defaults to the past 3 months. On my PC it shows all the books mum got. On my tablet, no matter what option I choose, there is only 1 order.

I will do a video, but won't make it public because ..of.. reasons..

OK I figured it out. For some reason my tablet is on amazon.com If I log into that I only get my fans, if I log into amazon.co.uk with the same account info it all works fines.

Interestingly, ebay.com / de / co.uk / fr / whatever always syncs your account with all the purchases.
