ASCI2SD or ASCI2STM? I thought they were the same -- they're not.

Sadly I have neither available to loan, but thought I'd mention it.

@Steve -- IIRC you had a third hard disc replacement you had great results with. Which one was that again?

Do both need external PSUs? Is there no power on the ACSI connector (presumably not)

Yeah I use these: https://www.eltradec.eu/index.php/en/project-acsi2sd-en

They use the SCSI2SD FPGA so it's very good, configured with the SCSI2SD app.

I'll lend you it if you need Exxos.

No FPGAs here. One of two different microcontrollers, CY8C5888LTI-LP097 or CY8C5468AXI-LP042
