Thanks to the guys currently doing updates to the wiki!

But if I can make a small request, that while people are linking to external sites for downloads, please upload the files to the wiki also, otherwise when the external file disappears, we will end up with a load of broken links again..

I also noticed this link is totally dead and while wayback has some pages, they don't seem anything related at all

http://www.qwiki.com/q/#!/Atari_Falcon

Unless anyone has any ideas , I'll remove it from the main index page as it basically goes nowhere.....

After the server OS update likely next week, mediawiki will be updated. So the wiki may be "down" next week during updates. I will post more news as it happens.

Lots of updates to the wiki software just and all completed now. Let me know if anything is broken...

Clean talk hasn't been updated since 2023 and broke. Had to fix it again myself  I send them all the information so they can update their extension.. They don't seem to be keeping on top of stuff at all any more for some odd reason  I just get the impression they don't do anything until something breaks these days. Don't get me wrong I'm not mad at them or the service , its great, but I just get the impression that lead developer left and they don't really know how to maintain system any more. I could be completely wrong but is just the impression I get these days because I have to fix the forum extension myself and tell them the solution last time !

I found these pages were "crashing" the wiki so now fixed.

FAIL https://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php?ti ... ile_format
FAIL https://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php?title=Nemesis
FAIL https://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php?ti ... tutorial_6
FAIL https://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php?ti ... tutorial_7

Also found those Perihelion seem outdated to ones I found on github, those ones have images, they were missing on the wiki. So fixed those as well. Actually I replaced all the contents of the pages again because the formatting was messed up in a lot of places.

I've done some minor updates to the CT60 page but it really needs a overhaul by someone who is more familiar with it all than myself..

https://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php?title=CT60

Is becoming evident again that linking to external sites is turning into a small disaster on the wiki..
For example this page has completely disappeared now...

https://nokturnal.pl/home/atari_16_32_b ... re_upgrade

So I think anything which is linked to a external site should really be cloned onto the wiki at this point because it's just getting ridiculous with sites dropping like flies all the time.

It's also getting very confusing of where up-to-date information is as it is clearly scattered everywhere now. This is why there should be a wiki is a central index for everything which is easy to find.

Will continue to try and fix things..

I've made transition from Wordpress to static website generator some time ago, some links changed, but I've preserved most content.
Regarding my CT60 flashing page
Although it could be updated at some point, unfortunately I'm not familiar with recent versions of CT6x and differences between models when flashing (I've read about some flashing issues online - so one useful information would be pointing out correct versions of flashing tools(probably redirecting to latest Mikro/Insane flash repositories)).
Got CT60e, but I don't have working mb to put it yet. And Xilinx went to AMD, so maybe some links need to be updated and most OSes used are 64-bit. And I would use Xilinx on USB nowadays, probabably LPT one is hard to find (and will be only useful on Atari, most PCs don't have LPT port anymore).
