Hi everyone

Post by Marshal »

Thought I'd finally introduce myself. I'm Marshal, 47, an electronics technician from Nancy.
Last summer I was clearing out my parents' attic and came across my old Atari STE. I hadn't touched it in over 25 years. Took it out to show my son, who's 15 himself, and at first he just looked at it like some kind of alien technology. His first question was basically, "How does this thing even work without a touchscreen, Dad?"
That got me thinking, and before I knew it, I was back into it. I've been spending my weekends bringing a couple of old machines back to life whenever I'm not away for work. Funny how something you haven't thought about in years can suddenly pull you right back in.

Welcome. The ST is even easier to use than ever with multiple new options for both floppy and hard drives. And transferring files from your PC/Mac (or even Phone) is even easier than ever too. Good time to be a retro computer fan (except for the prices of old HW)
