So this little fellow just arrived thanks to Phil.

It must be good since it was made in Scotland?

Now I need to buy 1MB memory card, 1MB flash card, Z88 serial link and start playing with it.
Cheers
Michal

Glad you like it @mgi
You can do a hardware mod where you can change the internal ram and rom chips. Might save you from trying to get the expensive cards?

Does it have the upgraded RAM and ROM with latest OS?
That is a project if you are looking to expand this little gem.

Thanks, will look into it!
You can get now 1MB RAM card with latest OS and 1 MB Flash card instead to EPROM. These should provide plenty enough and allow to keep internals untouched.
Does anyone have any experience with programming on z88 in assembler? I can happily execute code in C using z88dk, Forth using CamelForth plus there is BBC Basic but I struggle to execute BIN files compiled with z80asm or mpm.

So the little fellow has now the latest system, is communicating via RS232 and I can play games :)

I also got this one and will try to run CP/M on it - right now works as a Unix terminal for RS6000.

Only issue is the floppy not working so needs looking into.

I have an NC200 as well :)
I would suggest that you need to replace the FDD drive belt unless already done. My FDD didn't work until I did so and the belt was in a terrible state.
They make a good serial terminal BTW :)
