I’m looking for an ide to cf adapter that can be set to slave. I’m looking to set up 2 cf cards in my falcon.

I assume removing the jumper would be slave. Its simple enough to try both settings with HDdriver though.

That is entirely dependent on the CF adapter. Some have jumpers, some dual CF adapters have jumpers, some define master and slave by the CF card position on the adapter.

There are so many different variants of CF adapter it's a bit of an impossible task if you don't post a picture of your specific adapter.
