Is it possible to switch booster 32 to 8 and 8 to 32 ? harware ? or with program ?

Thanks in advance.

Connect the SW pad on the booster some 0v somewhere to disable the boosters 32Mhz mode and enables 8MHz mode. : some one has illustration ?

The key statement is this:

Q) How do I enable 8MHz mode
Connect the SW pad on the booster some 0v somewhere to disable the boosters 32Mhz mode and enables 8MHz mode.

I have 2x 32Mhz boosted STEs, one with an early solder in booster, the other a plug in booster, just a much earlier version and on both I fitted a simple on/off type switch between the SW pad and ground so I can select 8 or 32 Mhz at the flick of a switch.

I don't believe you can switch on the fly though (I am happy to be corrected on this) so I always select the speed I need before powering on.

It isn't like the MSTE that allows speed selection via a control panel app.

IIRC, the SW pad is clearly indicated on the PCB.

Don't forget to get a "FAST TOS" upgrade with your booster.
