Here's my C103088 REV.2.2 with TOS 1.02. Non-socketed Shifter and 512k of apparently unobtanium SMT RAM.

As above, but with RAM replaced, Shifter socketed and TOS 1.04 installed.

A nice, neat job there - I take it you've gone the full 4mb?
