Post here if you have any video suggestions I could do which would be useful. This is limited to the ST range and should be relating to stuff I actually work on.

Currently I want to do a couple of videos on servicing floppy drives. I've got loads I need to test out yet... one day...

How to desolder resistor networks (for pull up replacement)?

How to bodge on a DMA pull up network?

How to assemble a Falcon NVRAM board (since you're working on them and they're non-intuitive with the snipping of sockets and low-profileness & wotnot)?

Do you mean fitting not assembly of the board as they pre-assembled already.

Though it does remind me that my plan there is to find some sockets which don't have the middle plastics and avoid the whole problem..

Ah, yeah, that was the bit I was thinking of, I reckon.

:goodpost:

+1 on this - I think @Badwolf and I may be hoping to replace our faulty original RTC modules at some point...

I'm not sure there's much to really demonstrate though. I already did a desoldering example video. Other than soldering in the socket.. and well.. cutting out the middle bar.. which I hope to avoid when I get chance to look for better sockets...

Actually I have two new modules already, but I remembered it was non-intuitive. :)
