There is a great thread over on Stardot that I thought I'd try to replicate over here, called LOLPRICE.

It's basically all the prices of things that made us go LOL, you have got to be kidding.

Not today but last week, a Mega STe for 1500€ ...

exactly like I thought. I would rather convert the schematic and do the PCB myself...

That might be a project I could get behind, TT especially.

Yeah, F030 stuff is always good for this sort of thing.

I was originally looking for the F030 kettle leads which were over £10 because they were special Falcon ones, but couldnt find any.
That seller must have given up preying on peoples stupidity by now, I guess.

P.S. For those of you who don't know, the MTX500 is the lower spec. 32K machine. The ROMPAK is merely a simple circuit board with an edge connector, address decode GAL and an EPROM in a case, something you can build for about £20-£30.
