DKB MegAChip

Hi,
These days I found a DKB MegAChip, I connected it following what is written in the manual. But I have noticed that when I turn on my computer I sometimes get a green screen and then it continues booting. I also saw that on the upper line of the workbench where the memory is indicated that the ChipRAM is much less than 2 MByte. What could it depend on?
Thanks
G

Have you got the additional wire connected to Gary?
Can you upload a picture of the chip and how it is installed into the motherboard?

Yes, the cable is connected to pin 36 of the Gary. The green screen doesn't show it anymore. The system boots, but always shows little chipram.

Most likely contact issues. I'd remove the megachip and clean the socket pins and megachip contacts with contact cleaner.

I tried to clean the contacts with the anti-oxidant spray for electronic components, but nothing has changed.

Excuse me. I forgot to write the conclusion and I have concluded that thread now.
Thank you

Its worth testing that Angus is working and its a version compatible with that board.

The different chips have different pinouts.

The DBK Agnus is identical to the Micronik Agnus.
I put the DBK Agnus in place of the Micronik Agnus and the Micronik still works fine.
Then I put the Micronik Agnus in the DBK and the DBK gives the usual problem.
At this point it is not a problem of the Agnus.

Thats not
necessarily true. The Micornik and the DKB could need different Agnus pinouts.
EDIT: Doesnt look likely though you seem to have the same chip as they come with normally
