It looks like ram issue to me.
Can you do slow manual test fastram region 0x40000000 - 0x4040000 ?

I started checking IC8 connections. It turned out that the pin had no contact with VCC and A21.

@PhilC I cannot do a manual test, I only have the 8A1 board, the GOTEK and the mouse connected.

it's okay so far I took out the AMIGA board to test the card. Ultimately, the TF534 will land in the ATARI 520ST.

That ram is fine if it does 10 passes with no issues.

You could do manual test on Diagrom.

But this card look good for me.
