Mine did see quite a bit of usage, but once the SD card slot started to go it made it a bit of a pain. Shame it's failed but it worked for a while and I do have another board that I can potentially rescue with parts from it, we'll see.alexh wrote: 17 Sep 2026 17:01 Good luck. My (2) full Switch v1's (both with patchable ROM) are sitting IDLE at the moment. Boxed up. They have seen a lot of use since 2017 but both still in great condition. (uSD card slot is a bit dodgy on one)
We have a Switch 2 now and that's the only handheld that ever gets played with.
