Hi,

Can I get the schematics and the file for the board (PCB) or will these only be available to buy in the shop?

I would like to recreate a keyboard with the F keys and a PC layout and create a case for a raspberry computer module.

Thanks
René

There is no need to avoid HD6301V1P1. You can make 1:1 clone

Without reading through 9 pages, I'd like to ask what is the status of this project? When can I have proper keyboards for my 1040STE and Falcon 030?

Good to know. I’ll have a look at this and try it out. Thanks @tOriman

Unfortunately my health hasn’t been to great over this last year but am a lot better and hoping to get back into the Atari projects again soon.

Wow, a Cherry keyboard for ST would be so cool... (subscribes to thread)

An update at last. I have just spun the changes for the v1.1 of the Phoenix - Clickity Clack a.k.a the STFM Keyboard Remake

Screenshot 2026-01-06 at 21.05.30.png

Revision changes from v1.0:
  • Fixed Mouse and Joystick port incorrect wiring - mouse was working in wrong port and up was left etc. Don't know how I did that
  • Moved Return key to the left by 1-2mm there was a gap on the left and it was rubbing against the key to the right
  • Whole QWERTY row moved to right by 1mm - similar to above Q was rubbing on key to right and end of row was contributing to above
  • Added 2mm perimeter around the whole board so it fits into keyboard area in case - will fit snuggly now.
  • Moved HD6301 up by 2mm - F10 was touching the HD6301
  • Changed resistors to smaller network ones where possible and where I missed some pull-ups
  • Changed Power LED switch to be correct RGB order
  • Changed FDD LED switch to be correct RGB order and also swapped to common anode with I had incorrectly used common cathode
  • Added holes for key plate fixing
Just to finish off before sending to the PCB manufacturer is:
  • Add Return key supports - they are on the original Mega Keyboard
  • Add Numeric Pad 0 key supports - they are on the original Mega Keyboard
  • Add Spacebar supports - they are on the original Mega Keyboard
  • Possibly add Control Key supports - not on the Mega Keyboard but the button is the same size as the Numeric Pad 0 and adding the cut-out for the support won't hurt if someone wants to add it
