It'd still need a recap and the battery has probably rotted the PCB anyway.

For that price I'd want it hand delivered by Nolan Bushnell in a golden cradle with an unopened boxed copy of every single game ever made for it and tickets to a Vegas show!!

Expecting to pay postage at that price is a bit offensive!!

It doesn't even have any indications that it is actually the tournament edition, so I think the provenance is pretty dodgy for a start. And for that price I'd want more than just the damn cartridge.
