After many months in the shop Wizztronics wasn't able to completely isolate the problem.

Many components were swapped in and out without any luck.

I ended up opting for a new/used system board and have a working Falcon again! Appreciate all the time and interest on the topic.

OH no :( well good you got a working falcon in the end! So what happend to your order board then ?
