It's good to hear the date is now settled for Saturday October 11th, 2025.

I have informed everyone of the date change, including Retro Gamer & Pixel Addict - fortunately they hadn't gone to press with the original date. Retro Lemon has also put the new date in his diary - so barring anything untoward happening he (Jakub) should be able to make it.

Apologies to those who were wondering what happened to me. (Im quite impressed that anyone actually takes any notice of my insane ramblings here!) :lol:

To cut a long story short, Ive had to change job and also had some personal upheavals to deal with which have taken up the little bits of time that I generally log in here with to read and ramble.

However, I believe that is all behind me now, so I will catch up with whats been going on here.

Moving forwards, despite all the 'drama', I have booked the hall (the whole venue as before) and I will now work on getting the flyer out and payments system up and running again (probably going to be Stripe, like last year).

Any updates should now be a bit more regular.

Unfortunately, when things go wrong, or theres a big change, its normally the fun/hobby stuff that takes the biggest hit.

Dawn's nextdoor neighbour ( stef ) said she would go. So gives dawn a bit of company. She's into a bit of retro. So I guess it's up to @JezC if hes going and if can fit 3 of us in his car :lol:

She likes the 2600 by the sounds of it. So I could bring mine down again for people to play on.
