@exxos Yeah that'd be great :) Remember to get that GPIO riser package I mentioned in PM too.
Was just looking at that, looks like the connectors I use on my Falcon RAM boards, no idea if the pitch is the same though, think the falcon was 2mm pitch..
I think the GPIO is 2.54mm pitch:

Yep, normal 2.54mm so that you can use normal Dupont connectors.

Cool, my falcon ones won't fit then, I will order one off amazon or somewhere then. Shame rapid don't seem to sell them.

Hang on. Just to clarify, Im sure I asked
@Badwolf about using a Pi3B for this (using a riser because of the double stacked USB ports on the 3B) and Im sure I was warned by him not to use a GPIO riser because of signal degradation issues.

I've ordered the 2 things from Rapid. Just need to source the IO board now. But a bit puzzled why it has a PLD on it @Steve ?
Edit:
Ok a quick look at the code and seems to do some 030 to 68k type interfacing. I would have thought all that would have been done in the pi though. Seems a bit messy like running a emulator on top of another emulator

Some things will be timing critical that the Pi won't be able to do quickly enough, so you need a simpler and deterministic device.

What was the reason for that over 373 ?
