YEAH!!! Success!!!

I finally got it it running flawlessly!

Final conclusion:
- 2 shorted pins on the MCU
- 4 traces eaten by axial cap

Thanks to all who pushed me in the right direction!!

Yeah, I did say better sealed. It doesn't mean that they never leak. Having said that I've not seen one do it in person, though I've seen large numbers of radials do so.

@wolfman probably a good idea to replace all those caps now it's working.

@Lynxman ... has upgrade pcb´s to put the 2MB to 8MB so you can have 10MB total ST Ram.

Yes - that would be great!
I have 3 TTs, all equipped with a 2MB ST-Ram-Card

There are two different 2MB Boards one with DIL Dram and one with SMD Chips
