What time should we aim to arrive by? (i.e. what time is the venue open for us to set up?)
I may have to work until 1pm and I'm about 1hr away.
I think its about 2pm as the hall is occupied by another group in the morning.

Yeah, like
@exxos said really.
Theres a few of us hoping to get in as early as poss, so we will be getting there for a smidge before 2pm. (Theres a previous booking until that time).
Officially, the event isnt open to the public until 2.30pm, so you have a fair chance of getting there early with your given timing factors.

@mrbombermillzy I'll give you a warning I'm unlikely to be there bang at the start, so please don't give my table away if I'm not there at 2:30!

It has made me realise we may need to have a soldering iron or two at the event. :)
I was seriously considering doing some board assembly in the quieter moments!

Me neither. I'm only coming from Didcot but the traffic on a Saturday on A34 can vary considerably.

Ok, fair enough. If you can both give me an idea of table space (i.e. how many of the 6ft tables you will be needing), I can make sure you get the space you need and get it set up ready for you.
(Anyone else exhibiting can also chip in here or PM me if not able to make it before 2.30pm).

@mrbombermillzy Just the one table for me please.
Not sure on exact arrival, hoping to be there by 2:30, wife permitting

@PhilC Thats great. I can do that.
Guys, if it helps dispel any fear of not having enough space, I will refer you back to a previous picture of the hall:
P1040416.JPG
Now here is a picture of how big the tables are (roughly 4 chairs wide):
P1040417.JPG
So if we see that each side of the wall has 24 chairs (allowing for a little bit of passage space) we get 24/4= 9 tables per side, so I'm sure we have enough room for the (currently) 11 exhibitors. There's also the back wall and center of the hall too, should things escalate. So no need to worry! :D
Other than
@Icky having stage access and maybe bottom right/centre of picture stall too, I will have the opposite side (bottom left of picture) to greet/book in the 'guests', the rest of the hall is basically free.

Most importantly, do we have enough volunteers to do a chip-shop run without someone having to leave their table unguarded?
I mean, if Stephen Usher so much as looks outside his TT might fall into my bag

@Badwolf Don't worry, there will be a few TTs to go round. At least one each for me and you :D
