Bit excessive, mine, albeit with fewer accessories, was £400. I have heard these are hard to come by in the US, so the price may reflect that, but it seems to me it's more like TT money.

I'm no expert on Amigas but this feels excessive.

Depends what the upgrades are. I've an A4000 with Cyberstorm MK III 68060 rev6 with 128MB RAM, Picasso IV including Concierto, Deneb USB host. 10gb SCSI ultrawide HDD. Boxed with mouse and CD32 controller. I could see that makeing about that much
