This sounds like a max transfer issue.

Do you get corruption on both the TF card IDE and motherboard IDE?

First of all you must remove the two capacitors under the motherboard, E123C and E125C, this is recommended

Also I do not know what CF card amgaistore used but cheap chineesium ones will not work well or not at all, I always recommend a IDE to SD for the best experience

Also have you installed the MMU libs with MUfaststrom ?

the standard test to see if the timing fix is needed is to run the game `The Mad Professor Mariati " as this will crash early on if no timing fix has been done

I have a 16gb OS.3.2.2.1 hotfixed system that works on my TF1230 IDE, if you want to try that contact me

I'm now running from motherboard and no any issues at all. Just scanning my whdload libary with TinyLauncher. Played some games and demos too without any problem. So the problem is only with the TF IDE.

Installed MMUlibs and put MuFastRom in startup-sequence but didn't try TF IDE after that anymore.

Played Mariati maybe 10 minutes and no problems.

Send the card back to whoever you bought it from for diagnositc. This shouldnt happen.
