Here is the latest firmwares for the TF1232, there are two jed files, select the one that is for the Xilinx chip on your board , it will be either a 144 or 288 chip

try that first and see how you go
1232_firmware_31_5_2024.zip

Hello, thank You for the FW. Yesterday I update FW on the TF but problem is still.
The last thing I thought about was the power source... I made modification of PC ATX power supply and conect it to the Amiga. Now is all working propertly :-) . Thank you for your help.

I don't know why you say the firmware is not downloadable, the link works perfectly! But regardless, this will not help you with your issue. This is the classic "bus reflections" issue. You need to have extremely short cables on the A1200 IDE or better yet, an IDE buffer. Once you put the buffer, the issue will go away.

Hello alenppc, im sorry, but link is not working for me... I tested it now on android phone and PC (chrome) and file does not downloaded.
No, this is not problem with IDE. I tested only amiga MB with TF wihout any IDE cables and other HW.
Problem is now solved and TF work great. Solution is other power source. I use modified PC ATX power and now all working great.
Thank you

OK, just tried with Chrome and it pops up the message "Insecure download blocked". There is nothing "insecure" about it though, it's just Chrome being stupid. If you prefix it with "https" instead of "http", it will work. It also works perfectly fine with Firefox without having to alter the URL!

I am glad you solved it, although your solution is puzzling to me! I can reproduce this issue easily when using longer cables on my A1200 IDE without a buffer.

Hello, I'm here again with the continuation of my troubles with the TF1232 card. The A1200 always boots on the first try, that's OK, as I wrote before, the problem was a weak power supply. The Amiga worked perfectly as long as I was using the original Commodore KickROM 3.0 which I updated to 3.1 using Skick. Up until this point everything was OK, I could run almost all Demos and WHDload games that I wanted correctly. I recently bought ROM 3.2.2. with WB3.2.2. After installing the ROM everything seemed OK, but I found that some WHDload games started to crash (memory errors, call errors, waiting for disk activity, ROM error, etc..) for example Bubble and Squeak always crashes in the second level. I started testing Demos and those that used to work crash after a few seconds of starting (memory errors, call errors, waiting for disk activity, ROM error, etc..)...
I've checked everything and I can't think of anything to focus on. The clock repair was done - dismantling E123C and E125C (whether there are capacitors or not, it behaves the same). The 5V power supply on the TF card is exactly 5.05V under load. I tried various ROM chips (27C400 120ns, 27C800 100ns, Kick 3.1, 3.2.3, 3.x). Still without success. I tried to install an IDE buffer on the motherboard and on the IDE TF card. I also burned DiagROM and all tests pass successfully. The only way I can force the card to work correctly is to set the CPU frequency to 25Mhz, then everything is OK, all games and demos work. I also included WB because Bubble and Squeak crashes even when I run it from a floppy disk without any disks connected to the IDE on the MB and TF.
The card is equipped with a CPU 68030RC50C mask 01F91C and a FPU 68882RC50A mask 1J23S.
I am currently at my wits end and don't know what to do next. I would like to ask you if anyone has any ideas on what to try, please write your ideas. I will add that I am equipped with an oscilloscope and a logic analyzer that I can use for diagnostics.
Many Thank

EDIT: Amiga maindboard version 1D1

If you make an image of your HDD and KICKSTART ROM and emulate A1200+030 (as fast as possible) with WinUAE do you get the same crashes?

Is it possible to try running without the FPU installed?

Hello alexh, thanks for the input. Yes, I tried this. I removed the CF card from the A1200 and set WinUAE to boot directly from it. In WinUAE, I set the same configuration as my A1200. No errors occurred and everything worked 100% under WinUAE, the system was rock solid.

First try the AGS image as this is really rock steady, just download the AGA image in the link below and test with that first, you will need 32gb cf or sd card

Hello supaduper, thank you for your post. OK I try it. I don't have that big a CF card and i must bought it. It will take a while. When the CF card arrives and I test the AGS image I will return with result.

PS: Do you have a verified brand and type of CF card that will be compatible with the Amiga? All my cards are from amigastore.eu without original markings.
