What kind of tests must be run ? a specific software ?

There's the ACE Tracker which seems to push the system to the limit and this tool which apparently Atari used to test machines after they'd patched machines.

Beware, on mine, it seemed at first to not be needed, and finally, i have discovered that there was file corruption happening without warning !

So in the end, i have installed Exxos clock patch, and then, no more corruption, the machine operates normally.

I think its also worth noting that you can't take the tests as gospel. They are very dependant on a full moon/ alignment of the planets, ritual chicken sacrifice and what side of your bed you got out of in the morning etc
