Maybe it's a cultural thing? I've heard that we Germans are sometimes perceived as arrogant because we say things without sugar-coating... :)
Fwiw, as far as my experiences go, I can only praise HDDRIVER and the support you get as a customer. (things like: critical bugs fixed on a Sunday, ...)

Yeah, not denying its a good product! Although I've found the memory foot print of PP's driver seem to be smaller and more compatible with some stuff.
