Any reason why you need this particular ACSI to SCSI adapter? There are much better ACSI solutions these days.
Where in the world are you?

Hey @alexh. I wasn't aware of that. Do you happen to know the names of any of them so I can research? I'm looking to connect external HDDs and a CD-ROM drive simultaneously. TIA!

If you can solder you could build your own since t0ri has reverse engineered a couple of
ACSI-SCSI board. Otherwise
Inventronik has a couple of option to choose from ready to ship.

If that is your goal I think that a traditional ACSI->SCSI adapter may still be the best solution.
However if you just wanted to get the data off your drives one time and then emulate HDDs and CDs then maybe consider dumping the contents of your external HDDs using a
BlueSCSI v2 in initiator mode. (Which you could sell and get your money back once you've used it)
And emulate HDDs/CDs using
ACSI2STM
