I had a great opportunity to meet Steve Suavek at the Indy Classic Expo in Indianapolis, talk to him about the Re-Falcon project and see his first two examples working live.
We took my "hard drive" out of my Falcon and connected it to one of his Re-Falcons and ran some fun software, like the Demo Joy and BadMood Doom.
Both ran flawlessly. Here are some photos. I'll be posting a YT video of an "interview" and of the Re-Falcon running the software. Really amazing work!

It was only used as a showpiece and wasn't running, judging by the pictures ...?

Both of the Falcon's in the pictures (the one in the original case running BadMood and the one in the transparent case) are Re-Falcon's.

Both were refalcons. Steve let me take a look at both in depth.
The Refalcon with the original Falcon case was the one I installed my Falcon hard drive into to test Joy and Badmood.
They have a beautiful purple and gold PCB.
The clear case one was on display.
I’ll get the video posted tonight US time.

My quick video here. Unfortunately my lav mic's failed me. So I wasn't able to capture my conversation with Steve Suavek. You can kinda hear him, but there were so many other voices and noises in the background that it's really hard to understand what he's saying.

next time use the falcon DSP to filter the noise in real time! It's a good test :-)
Just joking :-)
