I have been drafting some rules are many reasons about limiting AI content on the forum...
These are the current draft rules.. If anyone has any thoughts then speak now.....
Use of AI-Generated Content
This forum exists to share human knowledge, experience, and discussion.
Posts should be written by members themselves, based on their own understanding.
AI-generated content is not permitted as primary forum content.

- Permitted use of AI
AI tools may be used for:- Translation
- Spell-checking and grammar correction
- Minor rewording for clarity, where the ideas and technical content are entirely your own
- AI as a reference
AI may be used privately as a reference tool (similar to a search engine or manual).
However:- AI-generated text must not be pasted or reposted verbatim
- AI must not be used to answer questions on your behalf
- Prohibited use of AI
The following are not allowed:- Posting AI-generated answers as your own
- AI-written technical explanations, tutorials, or advice
- AI-generated opinions, arguments, or forum replies
- Bulk or repetitive AI-generated content
- Why this rule exists
AI content often:- Contains subtle errors or fabricated information
- Reduces technical discussion quality
- Encourages AI content feeding other AI systems
- Moderation
Moderators may:- Remove AI-generated posts
- Ask members to rewrite content in their own words
- Restrict posting if misuse continues
