epson smd-380 not spinning

Hello
I have an atari 520 ste working except the floppy drive which is not spinning. But heads seem to try finding some informations, they are moving a little back and forth.
It is a epson smd-380 c103558-003
I have already change the C14 capacitor. But nothing change.
I have tried another floppy drive in the STE which is working fine.
Does anybody have an idea ?
