STE RAM upgrade

This is a very technical question, can I intstalled these RAM stick in a STE ?
What will be the issue if not compatible ? Will I going to burn something ?

Sure you can fit them.
These are non-parity SIMMs, which are recommended for STEs.
And you won't blow up your machine...

SIMMs have a standard pinout so that is highly unlikely, with the worst case scenario being that the machine doesn't like something about the RAM timings and doesn't work. I agree with
@HigashiJun and think they'll be just fine, just be careful with the retaining clips on the SIMM sockets as they can be very fragile.
One other issue you can get is that some SIMMs can be thicker and don't physically fit the sockets. If you find this, don't force them in or you risk damaging the sockets.

The chips seems to be 4bit*256K so you will only get 1Mb total when all 4 is inserted. It will work fine but you could max it out with 4Mb on a STe.
