ATARI SF 314 not working / recap D357

Hi. I have Nice looking SF314 with red diode. It is trying to read disk - but no luck here. There is a bunch of elco capacitors 5x0.47uf, 3.3uf, 4.7uf, 10uf on the green board. The small ones are my first suspect. Did anyone ever tried to recap this drive? Is it possible to get to the bottom of the green board? If yes - how! Thanks for ideas. D357
