These are new.Not sourced from China. I tested them at 8MHz ages ago I think. Though I couldn't get them to run at all at 50MHz IIRC. So assuming 25MHz is your limit, maybe 33Mhz, but unable to test. These just been lay around for ages and have no plans to use them.

£15 each + post. Or the tray for £130 (ono) + post.
