I may have limited availability the rest of the week

If you are trying to get me at all the rest of this week, please be patient. I'm having a tooth extracted tomorrow morning and then an eye appointment on Friday that will take me out for some time.
As the Terminator would say though, I'll be back...
Depends how they go, I may be fine, you never know.

The joys of old age :) My eye appointment got cancelled back in February on the actual day, still no new appointment :(
Hope you'll be back, suitably cybernetically enhanced in no time!

Our 12 year old dog is at the vets for an ultrasound scan so we're worrying about what they might find and her reaction to having her belly shaved.

Tooth extracted, and a tidy sum for the process extracted from my wallet...
Now resting up and waiting for the anaesthetic to wear off...
Luckily I had painkillers at 10 this morning, should hopefully cover the time it'll take for it to wear off. Can't feel the left side of my face...

Glad to hear you are back home safe (and sorry to ear you are much poorer for the experience).
Hope the rest of the day isn't too uncomfortable.
I think we are going to be similarly lighter in the bank balance when we get her back from the vets this afternoon...and I wonder what her brother is going to think of the 'haircut' when he sees her tomorrow morning (yes, the two of them from the same litter have actually ended up in the same village and see each other most mornings and have done for several years now).
As long as he doesn't laugh or snigger at her, he should be ok...
