FujiNet - The Atari 8-Bit Computer, wonder device

FujiNet is an amazing device for the Atari 8-Bit computer series.
Do you want a device that combines 8 emulated disk drives,
with local and internet server access, as well as bring able to print from legacy apps to PDF files?

It's certainly on my list to get one.

I've got one, nice device I should use more, though with a Side3/UMB1 combo to hand I usually use that more.

I have the opportunity to get a FujiNet Pro on loan, so I may do a follow up video on that device.
There is not THAT much different about it, so I may also focus a little on some of the features I did not dwell too long on in the original video.
I'm thinking of having a quick look at its printing features, and also its networking.

Anything advice on what else more experienced FujiNet users think would be good to feature, would be very much welcome?

Nice video, looks like a good device, but needs to have an ethernet port in addition to wifi.

Fantastic piece of equipment, using Fujinet for a year now.
Easy to setup TNFS server locally to access software.

The hardware used by Fujinet (ESP32) doesn't have built-in support for Ethernet, as it does have full built-in wifi support. Supporting Ethernet would require adding an external controller, not just the connector. This would complicate the design and make it more expensive.

But it is fully open source, if somebody is brave enough to implement Ethernet support.

Yeah, I would get one if that happened. Looks like a fun device. I don't do wifi in my house though.

I was going to ask why an ethernet port, but then I realised WIFI is not an option for some. Could you not get WIFI, or is it an ethical choice?

Well I wouldn't say it's an ethical choice, just a personal choice ;) .
