I'm looking for this exact same item, except in 15 pin VGA instead of the 9 pin shown.

I can't remember where I ordered a pack of these and for some reason I can't seem to
find any with google.

A source in the US would be preferable but hey, beggar's can't be choosers so I'll take
what I can get. :)

That looks like an IDC connector, can probably get those thru Aliexpress or similar.

Something like this: 15 pin IDC connector ?

I know it's double ended, but you cut always either recover the connectors or cut the cable in half if you can find the VGA version.

If it's not quite what you want try searching for '15 pin vga d-sub' on Ali Express, there are lots of options.

VGA use High Density D-Sub Connector to fit 15 pins in size DB9. AFAIK you can't get IDC versions - never seen one.
