Made by Matze. With it CDTV is big box Amiga. Full size Zorro card doesn't fit under CDTV's mother board, but there is any plenty of space. So multiple possibilities to expand CDTV.

I've never seen header pins used like that. Very inventive. I've learned something new today :D
