Astra Systems card

Hi all, I recently purchased a pair of Mega/2 STs and one was heavily modded. It had an Astra Systems card plugged into the ACSI port inside the case. I am thinking someone took an external SCSI enclosure and pulled the controller from it and tried to install it. I can't find any information about Astra Systems. Does anyone recognize this? I assume it is a ACSI to SCSI controller?
