Excellent, it’s always a pain to troubleshoot without this. Why are the yellow ICs (not the tantalum capacitors)?

I think, based on other Mac logic boards like this, that they are resistor packs, though I'd happily be wrong.

Yeah, I believe that they're resistor networks.

Another thing I have done on the se30 boards when the tab breaks on the ram sockets I replace them with the single simm sockets used on the atari st in pairs
