notepad++ regex matching ?

Been trying for the past couple of hours to figure this out. I somehow think it would have just been quicker to manually do all the edits by now :roll:
Anyway. I am converting the cookie list over to a load of basic strings.. So far I have..

There must be a simple way of just doing this rather than continuously clicking find and replace thousands of times ?!

OK nevermind. Just noticed it has a macro function so I just had to record editing the first line and did it that way. Still be useful to know how to do this properly though.
