Scrollbars vanishing in chrome ?

Has anyone noticed that when you visit a page and click the back button that the vertical scroll bars in chrome tend to vanish ?!

Some have said this works nicely, visit on Chrome the settings page:
chrome://flags/#overlay-scrollbars
Disable 'overlay scrollbars'.
Your browser has a relaunch button at the bottom which will close the Chrome app down and restart it. Early indications it worked for me.
