Hey guys,

is there someone who would be interested in purchasing an unserviced but working Mega ST2? (IIRC)

I have it in a closet, don't plan to do any upgrades on it, used it maybe one or two times for some testing but apart from that I feel bad every time I open the closet.

If there would be some real interest, I would take it out, test it, clean it, take pictures and think about some reasonable price (no 20 EUR but also no 200 EUR) and happily sell it but otherwise... I'm too lazy to do it for eBay. ;)

Located in Slovakia, EU.

If interested, I might throw in also a MegaST keyboard but it would need some servicing, some keys do not work.

After some thinking and research I came up with 120 EUR for the base (working) unit, 150 with the (not 100% working) keyboard.

So I took a few pictures. It boots, floppy works, cartridge port works, sound and video works. Visually is in a pretty good shape, too, it even has the small plastic cover on the top.

This is what I am aware of:

• floppy button sometimes doesn't hold and pretends that there is a disk inside
• the keyboard cable has definitely seen better days
• some keys on the keyboard needs convincing, perhaps the keyboard needs to be open and completely cleaned up
• PSU or anything else hasn't been recapped

@mrbombermillzy has withdrawn his interest, so @alexh it's yours if you like.

@tOriman selling just the keyboard is not ideal for me, I'm going to have a computer I don't want without keyboard, which can always come in handy. :)

If you have further questions / requests, shoot. I'll keep the offer here for a few days and then maybe put it on eBay after all, as I took the pictures and all. :)

It has arrived. I can't take a look at it until next Wednesday as it is school holidays but it will get a nice "refurb" and get used.

Thanks to Mikro it was a very fair deal.

A CosmosEx has arrived with a MegaST keyboard injector so I'll be able to use a USB/Bluetooth mouse and keyboard which should be useful.

Didn't realise the CosmosEx were available again...might need to start saving up for one... :D
