CTPCI not recognised

Hi,
Overnight, my CTPCI is not recognized anymore ;(
So I reflashed in 030 mode with latest Drivers.hex, first, and latest CTPCITOS.BIN last but no luck.
When I touch the Radeon, it is warm.
