The Atari Falcon 030 I have is in a "Lighthouse" tower case (the big thing bottom right of the photo) and I wanted to turn it back into a desktop variant. I don't need a keyboard, just the upper and lower parts of the case.

I understand that there are more Atari Falcon 030 motherboards than there are cases because lots of users towered / rack mounted their Falcon030s and the cases got lost/binned.

I realise there is a very low chance anyone will have one for sale but thanks for reading.

I'm sorry I don't have a case for sale, but if you do pick one up, I'd be interested in your old Lighthouse case, should you be looking to move it on.

Really? It has almost no redeeming features.

• It's very cheap (no rounded edges)
• Really bad suitcase opening design. Hinge one side, splits down the middle.
• It's not great fit for CT60 or CTPCI without modification.

I've a completely caseless board that I hope to do something with and I *medically hate* the all-in-one wedge design of late 80s home computers. :lol:

I shall therefore be trying to find a case to fit the mobo in with all that entails. I'm always keeping my eye out for one kicking around where that's work's already been done. :)

Ok, well, while were at it, if you don't want that A4000 under the desk, I'm happy to take it on :P

Perhaps you can get one of those DDD upper cases and use that with a modded STE bottom case? May be easier/cheaper to get than a full F030 case in this day and age?
