Been waiting 2 years for this little guy from zavvi

Got an email last month to say they are on route and will be send out 1st oct.

Low and behold, it reached 1st oct and zavvi sent me a mail to say my card has expired,

so i login, update my details and off we go. thinking process was good and things were all good.

and low and behold, they charged me twice, that's 469.99 twice !!!!

the thing turned up today and it had a massive rip in the slip cover for the box, still no refund on my account for the other 469.99


you'd expect it to be perfect. what do you guys think ? im demanding a replacement slip cover.


i'm not in a good mood today, and zavvi are on my very bad bad bad list now.

At that sort of money, I'd want a guy running from the supplier (not driving, RUNNING) and hand delivering it personally.

What you need is a firm phone conversation with the company, including such subjects as 'immediate refund' and 'super fast replacement'.

You know what to do... hope it goes well.

I'm with you on this one, I'd want it delivered by a gold plated Rolls Royce and wrapped in fluffy clouds!!

they want to replace the whole box, that is just crazy as, i just need a slip cover replacement. why would they send this out in the first place.

i've mailed 2 managers at the thehutgroup
