Apologies if I'm being a bit of a tease here but:

Oh damn  Well done! Hopefully I might be close to getting mine working by end of next week.

It's reasonably easy compared to previous boards
@DaveC, just take your time with the soldering and I'm sure you will be fine.
Took me about two hours to get to where I was in the above photo. Just finishing the rest off now like floppy power supply etc.

My issue is more finding the time around work and the kids starting the summer holidays next week.
Long as parts turn up tomorrow I should have Thursday morning to crack on with it though :D

Nice progress @PhilC
No chance of me getting that far by the weekend...maybe by the end of next week...yeh, right...
Good to see the Falcon RAM board on there.
When does it get the TF536? :D

@JezC the TF536 is next on the list, just been finishing off the other stuff.
The external ACSI port is deliberately missing as that's where my SD card slot will be

@PhilC Sounds good...what are you going to use for the ROM decoding?
I must try an IMP DMA chip in my H4 to see if that changes the floppy issue with EmuTOS....

@JezC I'll be using a decoder board or might use the rev3 I have to test.
Just got the floppy up and running in 1.44mb, really pleased with this board so far, nice one @exxos
