Hi there guys,

after some going back and forth ordering from Exxos shop, Ive finally scrounged all needed parts together (I hope). Ive soldered on the sockets and the DAC SMD.

Now I am wondering how the orientation of the chips should be in the PLCC sockets. I assumed text up, but looking at other peoples pictures, I guess not :).

Would anyone be willing to point out to me how I would determine how to orientate each chip?

I think I marked "pin 1" with a dot on the motherboard... There is normally a dot and arrow on the sockets which point to the dot..

I see, there is a `dot' on the plastic of the chips; and also a `dot' on the board, and those should align! Thanks, I didnt notice it with the chips in the socket!
