Has someone got an Exxos dual-ROM compatible 27C4096 image with both EmuTOS 1.0 (256K) and TOS 1.04 on it?

I've tried catenating the EmuTOS 1.0 256K image with TOS 1.04(UK) on the end but neither boot.

(Yes, I managed to hack the ZIF PLCC44-DIP40 adapter in the end.)

Bother, the bin files have been byte-swapped, that's why they're not working.

It turns out that it's the programmer software byte-swapping. Silly thing.
