2600 repair

I have various 2600 in in need of work .
I have 3 PSU all giving approx 13.2v. Which I presume is correct for un plugged .
The first 2 consoles have 5v coming out of the 7805 . No pictures on screen . Cartridge slots have been cleaned.
I have 5v on all the main chips.
I do have access to a scope.
Where should I look next.
