Feel free to search through the forums for lots of tips for bringing your machine back to life. As you can imagine there may have been someone with similar issues in the past where you can glean valuable information from. Im not new to the retro world, i have 2 c64's, amiga 500, bbc b, amstrad pcw, oric 1 and used to have my 1982 spectrum till a few months ago.
waiting for my brother to bring me an STE and awaiting the conformation of a c128d as i enjoy repairing and bringing them back to life to live on for many more years to come.
