Zorro II RAM disappears and proc 7Mhz after 20 mins or so

Hi Chaps,
First time I am posting and have been lurking for a while. I built a TF530 a while back that was behaving very nicely! thanks @terriblefire for your hard work.
I recently started to get an issue where by once the card is warmed up and I reset the machine the processor then runs at 7Mhz rather than 50Mhz and the fast ram is not available, oddly enough the 2MB fast ram in the GVP Hard card I have disappears as well.
I have run Diagrom and it shows 2MB fast but in the config it doesn't detect the zorro card.
I am thinking a dodgy solder joint, bad ram , or a borked CPLD, but would really appreciate any one elses idea on the matter to help me narrow it down. I have ruled out an issue with the A2000 as the original 68000 always shows the 2MB in the zorro card using diagrom when its warm.
